Hephzibah is a monthly public Christian apologetics forum that seeks to grapple with often challenging and controversial topics from a Biblical perspective and thereby bring
Bible teaching to those who desire a deeper knowledge and understanding of God's word.
We are currently holding our meetings either in person at the Marlow Baptist Church and/or on ZOOM. These meetings are held either on a Friday or Saturday evening at either 7.00pm for Zoom only meetings or 7.30pm for both in person and Zoom together meetings (London/UK time). Please check dates and times on the Meetings webpage.
The teaching at Hephzibah is intended to provide a Biblical perspective concerning future
and present-day world events to "make ready a
people prepared for the Lord" (Luke 1:17).
Our speakers come from different ministries to address key
issues, including such subjects as:
- The Jewish roots of the Christian faith
- Creation/Evolution
- Biblical prophecy about the future
- The critical role of Israel and the Jewish people in world
events
- The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ
- Jesus in the Old Testament
Hephzibah always aims to present Biblical truth, elaborate on
its context and relate current affairs to that truth and to
associated Biblical prophecy.
